Rental Terms & Conditions
Driver Licence Requirements
Drivers must have a valid license for at least 12 months. EU citizens need their national license; non-EU visitors must also provide an International Driving Permit (IDP) along with their national license.
Security Deposit
Credit/debit card required in the main driver’s name (depending on insurance package). Prepaid, virtual, Amex, Maestro, or Revolut cards are not accepted. Deposit refund may take up to 30 days.
Flight Delays & Grace Period
For flight delays, inform us 3 hours prior or provide your flight number to hold the vehicle without charge. Otherwise, the vehicle is held for 90 minutes post-scheduled pickup. Outside office hours: €25 fee.

Vehicle Selection
Booking reserves a vehicle group with similar features, not a specific model or color.
Fuel Policy
“Same-to-same” – return vehicle with the same fuel level. Excess fuel is not refunded.
Usage Restrictions
Vehicles cannot travel abroad or to other Greek islands.
Vehicle Condition
Return vehicle in same condition as pickup (normal wear excepted). Interior damages from misuse not covered by insurance.
Smoking & Extra Cleaning
Smoking prohibited. Excessive dirt or pet hair charged minimum €150.
Cancellation & No-Show
- Prepaid: Cancel >48h before → full refund. <48h → deposit non-refundable.
- Pay at Pickup: Cancel anytime free, recommended 48h prior.
- No-Show: deposit non-refundable.
Key Loss
Replacement €100–200 depending on vehicle.
Vehicle Replacement
In case of accident or breakdown, replacement within 36 hours if rental terms followed.
