Coverage Policy
When renting a vehicle with AVENT RENTAL, you can choose between a Basic and a Premium coverage package. Each package is designed to meet different needs and budgets.
The Basic package is a reduced-excess package with an excess ranging from €600 to €850 (depending on the vehicle category) and requires a deposit via credit/debit card. The Basic coverage package includes third-party liability, personal accident insurance, 24/7 telephone & roadside assistance, unlimited mileage, all taxes included, coverage for damage caused by uninsured vehicles, legal protection, and accident care service.
The Premium package provides extended coverage that significantly reduces the renter’s financial liability in case of damage. If you select this package at the time of booking or before pick-up, your liability for damage to the bodywork, tires, glass, and more is eliminated.
It includes third-party liability, personal accident insurance, 24/7 telephone & roadside assistance, unlimited mileage, all taxes included, coverage for damage caused by uninsured vehicles, legal protection, accident care service, as well as coverage for forest fire damage, flood damage, weather-related damage, and damage to windows, mirrors, and wheel covers.
With the Premium package, the renter is exempt from liability for the main body of the vehicle, windows, mirrors, glass, tires, “immobilization” charges (loss of income while the vehicle is under repair and cannot be rented), and damage caused by weather conditions.
Neither package covers
